Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination but typically range from 5–10 business days after processing.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7–21 business days after processing. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Noir & Or is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at your store's contact email and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
